    Than a Free mind.

Untethered to any ideas

    small or grand

Unburdened by any desire

    for greatness or fame

Ever watchful, desireless

    the mind simply rests

Rest into the body

    rest into the mind

Let the body rest

    as still as the Earth

And the mind stay

    as unfettered as the sky

All wordly phenomena

    is fleeting & dualistic

All fame, pride and vain glory

    even the joys of service 

Are momentary

We must all return

    at the end of our deeds

Good or Bad

    to this solitary mind and body
