Lost in my story

Caught in the net

of a million memories

Here I am

Now calmed by deep breaths

and regained senses

I have emerged from the net

Like water

May no moment be lost

Or feelings be lost

May no thoughts be lost

Or sounds be lost

May they all be visible

To god 

May they all reflect

In this consciousness

And let me my life

Turn into a slow melody

Ever alert in perception

and measured in action
